Yes! We work with solid gold, gold-filled, and sterling silver. No cheap plating, no green wrists, no pieces that give up on you after a summer.

Solid gold and sterling silver are safe for water — you can shower, swim and sweat! Gold-filled pieces are water-friendly for everyday wear, but we recommend taking them off before pools and hot tubs to keep the finish looking new for years.

Every piece is handmade to order, so allow 5–7 business days for assembly before it ships. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way. Custom charm builds may take a few extra days.

Non-custom pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. Custom charm builds and subscription pieces are final sale. But if something arrives damaged or not-quite-right, message us within 7 days and we'll fix it.

Store pieces flat, away from other jewelry to avoid tangling. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear. Avoid perfume, lotion and cleaning products directly on the metal. Spray your scent first and add jewelry after.

Yes! Order any charm on its own and we'll send it ready to attach, or send your piece back to us and we'll add it for you (small assembly fee applies).

Every order ships in our signature packaging; giftable as-is. Add a handwritten note at checkout for free, or choose gift wrap for a little extra polish.
